MEETING PLANNING
Health Care Conference Administrators, LLC (HCCA) provides and coordinates the full array of meeting planning services for health care conferences, executive education and webinars. The HCCA meeting planning team includes:
- Health Care Conference administrators, LLC (HCCA) - faculty and content development, marketing and overall meeting planning coordination
- Vivien Maier and Associates (VMA) - faculty coordination and audiovisual coordination
- Resource Management Plus (RMP) - mailing list, printing and mailing coordination, hotel negotiations and coordination
- C Medical Services (CMedical) - registration services
- Cygnus Design - website services and secure online registration
- Gummere - graphic design and brochure development
- Sorensen - coordination of all receivables payables, including faculty expenses and honoraria, and preparation of all necessary closing financial reports
- Medical Education Collaborative (MEC) - continuing education credit
